WedMeWed ("we", "us") operates https://wedmewed.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and tools, and how we handle it.

1. What our calculators do with your numbers

Our planning tools run entirely in your browser. The amounts, guest counts, dates and other values you enter into a calculator are processed on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers, unless a tool explicitly says otherwise on its page.

2. Information you send us directly

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to you. If you subscribe to our newsletter (when available), we store your email address to send you updates, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are popular, which tools are used most. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, to protect forms against forgery). If we enable analytics, those services may set their own cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without breaking our calculators.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (such as our hosting provider), and only to the extent needed, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

Contact form emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your query. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you (such as a contact message or newsletter subscription) by writing to hello@wedmewed.com.

8. Children

Our website is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows (for example, when the newsletter launches). The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
